Troy
Troy has over 30 years of tattoo experience in the industry. He started Dragonfly Tattoo in KCK back in 1997 when social media didn’t exist and clientele was built on word of mouth. Since then he has built a great reputation for the studio by bringing in talented artists to help bring our clients the best experience possible in all avenues of tattooing.
Abigail
Abigail has been tattooing at Dragonfly Tattoo for 8 years. She has a background in art and she loves to draw and paint murals. She is very passionate about her work and is an extremely talented tattoo artist and brings great energy to the shop. In addition to working at the studio she does a lot of community service work, some of which can be seen around town.
Jeremiah
Jeremy has been tattooing at Dragonfly Tattoo for 7 years but he’s been hanging around the tattoo studio practically since birth. He loves anime and video games which he loves to incorporate into his tattooing. Jeremy started working at the shop after high school and when the opportunity arose became one of Troy’s apprentices. Wanting to follow in his dad’s footsteps he has proven himself to be a great asset to studio.
Mikayla
Mikayla has been working at Dragonfly Tattoo Studio for about 2 years but she has been a client of Abby’s for several years before that. She is quickly becoming a well known artist in the area for her talents and drawing ability. She is also a huge Johnny Depp fan, loves Halloween, and has her own collection of hairless cats. She is an awesome person to be around and a great addition to the studio.
Kathy
Kathy is Troy’s newest apprentice starting January, 2024. Kathy has been full time at the studio since 2014 but has been involved with the business since the beginning of time. Up until now she handled all the back office works, payroll, as well as helping setup appointments, and run errands for supplies which she will continue to do in her spare time. She loves animals and is a huge Chiefs fan!
